AndersonThe Licensing Act of 1910 contains certain powers which can be and often have been utilised for this purpose, and I have not so far heard of any difficulties except at certain works in the Birmingham area. I propose to consult with the authorities in that area as to the action necessary to meet these difficulties, and I will inform my hon. Friend of the result.
