§ Mr. Lees-SmithThe Lord Privy Seal will remember that the Prime Minister said the day before yesterday that he would welcome at an early date a frank and full discussion of the war. As that early date may very likely be next week, will the Lord Privy Seal bear in mind that this business may need to be readjusted?
