asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will reconsider his decision not to utilise the services of qualified and registered osteopaths in Ministry of Pensions centres and hospitals unless they are also qualified medical practitioners?

May I ask whether the answer would have been different if the Question had been answered by the Parliamentary Secretary?
