asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour when the Annual Report for 1939 of the Chief Inspector of Factories will be issued?

This report is in preparation, but in present circumstances I am unable to indicate the probable date of issue.

Would my hon. Friend see that there is a speeding-up of the publication of this document?

Mr. Assheton

I have no reason to think it will be unduly delayed.
