§ Mr. PeakeI understand from a preliminary report that last Tuesday an extension to a building which was in course of erection collapsed, killing four men and injuring three others. The cause of the accident is being further investigated by the factory inspectorate, which has now been transferred to the Ministry of Labour and National Service.
