§ 20. Mr. Jacksonasked the Minister of Information whether he will arrange for all Government orders and instructions to be printed each day as they are issued in a prominent position by each of our national daily newspapers, in order that these orders and instructions may be adequately understood and known by the general public?
Mr. CooperI have no compulsory powers over newspapers which would enable me to take the action indicated in the Question, but I am sure that the Press will continue to co-operate in securing full publicity for Government orders and instructions.
