Can my right hon. Friend say how it comes about that the right hon. and gallant Gentleman the Member for Rugby (Captain Margesson) is still allowed to flourish like a green bay-tree; and may I also ask how can that 979 right hon. and gallant Gentleman possibly require support for a Government whose coming into existence he did his best to prevent?
