§ Sir J. AndersonI understand that my hon. Friend is referring to the provision of facilities in the borough of Wands-worth. I am informed that one mobile canteen has been provided for Civil Defence volunteers and that an appeal has been made for funds for another. I am not aware of any grounds on which it would be desirable to discourage these public-spirited activities.
