§ Mr. BoothbyI assume that my hon. Friend refers to the Scientific Food Committee which was appointed by the Lord Privy Seal, as Chairman of the Food Policy Committee of the War Cabinet. The Scientific Food Committee's function is to advise the Food Policy Committee, and it is not intended to publish the reports which may be submitted from time to time.
