§ Sir J. AndersonThere are two forms of control. First, an alien who changes her address is required to inform the police of the change, and there is an obligation on the householder to see that this requirement is complied with. Secondly, as regards areas which are Aliens Protected Areas, an alien cannot move to an address in such an area without obtaining the special permission of the chief constable.
§ Sir T. MooreWould my right hon. Friend consider issuing instructions that instead of these servants being sent by registries throughout the country, their names should first be sent to my right hon. Friend so as to ensure that they should not be sent where they ought not to go?
