§ Mr. BoothbyThe question whether certain invalids require an increased sugar ration has been considered by the Food Rationing (Special Diets) Committee of the Medical Research Council, which has advised that extra rations should be allowed to those suffering from spontaneous hypoglycaemia. The committee do not consider that extra sugar rations are required for any other type of invalid.
