I am not yet in a position to name a date when my right hon. Friend will be available to answer Questions in this House.

Does the right hon. Gentleman appreciate that it is very desirable that so important a Minister should be present in the House to answer Questions?

Yes, Sir. I think I may say I do appreciate that.
