§ The Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr. Malcolm MacDonald)Several claims and counter-claims in these matters are now under adjudication in the courts in Palestine. The issue is, briefly, whether the Ethiopian convent and church property in Palestine was the property of the former Ethiopian State or of private individuals or trusts.
