§ 46. Mr. Liddallasked the Prime Minister whether he considers it necessary for 2063 all our representatives to meetings of the Allied Supreme War Council, at Paris or elsewhere abroad, to cross the Channel in the same vessel at the same time; and will he, in the national interest, henceforth so arrange that when making a sea journey to attend such meetings the principal officers of State shall do so in different vessels?
