Mr. Rhys Davies askedthe Secretary of State for Air whether his attention has been called to the fact that Captain Johnson, employed by his Department on aerial surveys in the Manchester area to check the black-out, was recently fined by the local magistrates the sum of £25 for driving a motor-car when under the influence of drink and an additional fine of £5 for driving a motor-car when he was disqualified from doing so, and that he was convicted at Dundee last June for a similar offence; and whether this man is still employed by his Department?
