§ Mr. ElliotThe additional powers of the Minister of Health which it is proposed to exercise through the Welsh Board of Health are those relating to (a) Housing and town and country planning; (b) General local sanitary services, e.g., water supply, sewerage and sewage disposal, public cleansing, etc., as well as certain other local government services; (c) Alterations of boundaries of local government areas.
