HC Deb 15 February 1940 vol 357 c922
16. Mr. A. Jenkins

asked the Minister of Labour whether, in association with other Government Departments, he is preparing plans to deal with the difficult situation that will arise in South Wales and Monmouthshire when the large amount of Government work now proceeding comes to an end; and, if so, can he indicate when the plans are expected to be completed?

Mr. E. Brown

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on 1st February to the hon. Member for Lincoln (Mr. Liddall), of which I am sending him a copy.
