Friend not aware that those in charge of the central training scheme for women, which has been run under the authority of his Department since the end of the last war, have handed in their resignations because the grant was withheld, and that my right hon. Friend, in answer to a Question last week, said that he was not prepared to continue the grant?
§ Mr. BevinThis is too long a matter to be dealt with in an answer to a Supplementary Question, but if my hon. Friend would like to know the whole of the facts, I am prepared to send them to her in writing. I do not accept her deduction.
