asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to a pamphlet entitled "No Munich in the Pacific," issued by the China Campaign Committee, suggesting that a spirit of appeasement may materialise again at any moment in Britain's European policy; and what steps have been, or are proposed to be, taken to stop the publication of such a pamphlet as being likely to cause alarm or despondency within the meaning of the Defence Regulations 39BA?

I have obtained a copy of this pamphlet, but it does not appear to be a publication of the kind against which Regulation 39BA is directed.
