Mr. H. Morrison

The city of Manchester has for a considerable time been doing excellent work in the salvage of waste material. The total salvage sales for the month of June amounted to £5,725, and included 455 tons of railings, etc.; 373 tons of other ferrous scrap; 410 tons of clean paper; 37 tons of textiles; and 12½ tons of non-ferrous scrap.
