MorrisonAlthough under the Control of Iron and Steel (No. 8) Order, 1940, transactions between the Minister of Supply and any other person are exempt from the statutory maximum prices laid down in the Order, I am not a ware of any case where more than a statutory maximum price has been paid by me.
