asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will issue a special pass to Members of Parliament which would enable them to move freely about the country in pursuance of their duty should roads and railways be closed to the public?

I would refer the hon. Lady to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Aberdeen, North (Mr. Garro Jones), on 9th July last.
