asked the Secretary for Mines whether he has yet received a report from the inquiry into the disaster at the Valleyfield Colliery?

I have read the Commissioner's report, which was received yesterday, but I would prefer not to comment upon it until I have had an opportunity of studying it in greater detail.

After the Minister has had an opportunity of considering the report, will he place a copy in the Library, or will any other method of publication he adopted?

Mr. Grenfell

The report will be published under Section 83 of the Act.
