asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will now give the names of the localities in which he has planned to increase the war supply of pigs by using the Tottenham kitchen-refuse system, or has he consulted the Ministry of Food with a view to that Ministry taking the initiative; and will he issue a White Paper explaining what action is being taken?
