HC Deb 24 April 1940 vol 360 cc218-9
Mr. Attlee

May I ask the Prime Minister whether he has any statement to make in regard to business?

The Prime Minister

We propose to-day to report Progress on the Budget Resolutions at about 9 o'clock, in order to consider the Clearing Office (Spain) Amendment Order, 1940, which, as I informed the House last Thursday, must be approved this week. I might also mention that to-morrow, after the conclusion of the general Debate on the Budget Resolutions, we propose to take the Motion to approve the Papermaking Materials (Charges) (No. 1) Order, 1940.
