Friend the Member for South Nottingham (Mr. Markham) on 16th April, in which I stated that I was in communication with the High Commissioner as to the possibility of granting some duty concession on parcels sent to members of His Majesty's Forces serving in Palestine. I am awaiting the High Commissioner's views on the subject.
