§ Mr. StanleyInstructions will be issued for Scottish banknotes to be accepted at their face value by field cashiers for exchange into francs for troops of the British Expeditionary Force, in the same way as English banknotes. I understand that the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes and other organisations accept these note sat their face value.
