§ The Under-Secretary of State for Air (Captain Harold Balfour)There are approximately 10,000 members of the National Pigeon Service, and I therefore assume that it is the names of the members of the National Pigeon Service Committee that the hon. Member desires to know. The committee consists of Mr. G. Barrett (chairman) and Messrs. T. Brown, A. N. Hutton, E. G. Swan and W. J. Kyle, with Mr. J. Selby-Thomas as secretary. The chairman of the committee is the secretary of the Welsh Homing Union.
