HC Deb 16 April 1940 vol 359 c773
17. Sir J. Graham Kerr

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the dissatisfaction felt at the inadequacy, and in some cases complete absence, of camouflage as applied to guns, in particular anti-tank guns, helmets, huts, tents, tanks and other objects of military importance; and whether he has any statement to make to the House on this subject?

Mr. Stanley

It has not yet been possible to make full provision for camouflage at home, but the position is improving rapidly.
