§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAs the percentage reduction on sugar required by aerated water manufacturers is applied on a monthly basis, due weight is already given to seasonal fluctuations in demand. As regards the export trade, arrangements have been made for replacing in full any sugar used in manufactured articles for export to certain destinations.
