Dorman-SmithI have considered representations from the Gloucestershire War Agricultural Executive Committee urging the resumption of the grants for heavy horse breeding, but, as indicated in replies to other recent Questions on this subject, I regret that I cannot see my way to rescind the decision to suspend the grants.
