Smithasked the President of the Board of Education whether he has considered a resolution from the city of Stoke-on-Trent Education Committee, in which they direct attention to the facts brought to light by the evacuation scheme of school-children, and suggesting the provision of clothing and footwear for children who are unable to be suitably 695 provided through the economic position of the parents; and whether it is intended to take any action?
