Mr. Kennedyasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he has considered the complaint of local authorities in Scotland regarding the lack of co-operative effort and consultation between the Ministry and the authorities in connection with the Meat Control Scheme and the method of distribution; and whether action is to be taken to remove the cause of this complaint?
