§ Sir J. SimonDistribution of the forms of claim to local authorities and district valuers, Inland Revenue Department, is rapidly proceeding and will be completed within the next few days. As my hon. Friend will appreciate, a property owner will not need a form of claim unless and until he suffers loss or damage of the nature mentioned in the announcement referred to.
