asked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the reduced amount of transport in London and the desirability of economising petrol, he will arrange temporarily to cancel the regulations preventing horse-drawn traffic from using certain London streets?

I propose to make an Order under the Defence Regulations which will have the effect desired by my hon. Friend.
