§ The Solicitor-GeneralI beg to move, in page 2, line 25, at the end, to insert:
At the end of Sub-section (3) of the said Act, which relates to interpretation, there shall be inserted the following Sub-section:'References to this Act to judgments or orders for the recovery of the possession of land include references to any judgment or order the effect of which is to enable a person to obtain possession of land, and in particular includes, in relation to a mortgagee, a judgment or order for the delivery of the possession of land.'That is the brief point which I outlined on the Bill. The "said Act" is the Courts (Emergency Powers) Act.
