Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to confer on the Minister of Labour powers with respect to the control of employment during the present emergency, and for purposes connected with the matter aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the expenses incurred for the purposes of the said Act by the said Minister." — (King's Recommendation signified.) — [Mr. Ernest Brown.]
