§ Mr. Hore-BelishaAs has been previously stated, my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply hopes to be able to make good existing deficiencies in greatcoats during next month. In the meantime, each man has either a service greatcoat or a civilian overcoat. Authority has recently been given for the issue of a second pair of boots, and a second suit of 1728 uniform will, it is hoped, be available for all men now serving, in the course of the next three months.
