§ The Minister of Supply (Mr. Burgin)I have received a large number of such offers, which I have very much appreciated. I regret, however, that it is not 1960 possible to utilise this type of machinery for armament purposes. It is unfortunately the fact that printing machinery does not lend itself to any other use than printing.
