Mr. Jenkinsasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the communication from the County Councils' Association urging the necessity for legislation in order to secure for public funds enhanced land values which are due to public enterprise and expenditure; and whether he proposes to act in accordance with the request of the County Councils' Association?
