§ The Under-Secretary of State for India (Sir Hugh O'Neill)The Red Cross and St. John War Organisation have made arrangements by which it is hoped to effect the early despatch of a generous supply of warm clothing to the Indian seamen detained in Germany. The question of supplying suitable food is also under consideration.
