§ Captain WaterhouseThe departure of the Pan-American Airways flying boat due to leave New York on Wednesday, 1202 25th October, was delayed, and the mails which come by surface route from Lisbon did not reach this country till 4th and 5th November. There is no evidence of delay in this country, but if my hon. Friend will furnish me with the cover of the letter he refers to, I will gladly have inquiry made.
