Amendment made: In page 4, line 7, at the end, add: (4) In the application of this Section to Northern Ireland, the expression ' summary-conviction 'means conviction subject to, and in accordance with, the Petty Sessions (Ireland) Act, 1851, and any Act (including any Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland) amending that Act."—[Major Lloyd George.]
