The Public Relations Officers will represent the Director of Public Relations at the Headquarters of Commands, and, in general, it will be their duty, under the direction of (the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, to keep in touch with local newspapers and to supply them with appropriate facilities and information, and to promote public interest in the Army by all suitable means.
