asked the Minister of Labour whether he will consider setting up a trade board to cover the 20,000 persons employed on tricycles in public places as ice-cream sellers?

I have nothing to add to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member on 17th November last.

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware of the very deplorable conditions under which these people are employed?

I gave the hon. Gentleman a very full answer last November. Mr. Davies: That is many months ago.
