asked the President of the Board of Trade the value of brass

Table showing the declared value of exports from the United Kingdom of brass and copper and manufactures thereof consigned to Germany during the undermentioned periods so far as the particulars are readily available. Corresponding particulars in respect of the first quarter of years prior to 1934 are not available and could not be compiled for the first quarter of the years 1934 to 1937 without an undue expenditure of time and labour.
