§ Sir J. SimonI am aware of the Argentine legislation to which my hon. Friend refers. I do not think that in this country it would be practicable to adopt the Argentine system, but my hon. Friend will find that in the Finance Bill I am proposing a provision to enable the Revenue authorities to obtain certain information at the source in relation to the ownership of bearer securities.
