§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health (Mr. Bernays)As I have already stated, this outbreak did not present any special features of public health interest. My right hon. Friend sees no grounds for the issue of a report from his Department on the matter. The question of the publication of the report of the medical officer of health is one for the consideration of the Nottingham City Council.
§ Mr. LiddallSurely the injured parties should be permitted to know the findings of these officers, and not be, as up till now, denied all information?
§ Mr. MacquistenWill my hon. Friend point out to the Department and to the injured parties that the Public Authorities Protection Act will exclude them from actions for damages unless they take proceedings at once?
