Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further and temporary provision for enabling the reserve and auxiliary forces of the Crown to be called out for service as may be found necessary, and for purposes connected with the matter aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by Parliament, of any expenses incurred by any Secretary of State or other Minister of the Crown in consequence of the passing of the said Act or the making of an Order in Council there under."
