Resolution reported:
That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make temporary provision for rendering persons between the ages of twenty and twenty-one years liable to undergo training in the armed forces of the Crown and for purposes connected with the matter aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by Parliament, of any expenses incurred by any Secretary of State or other Minister of the Crown in consequence of the passing of the said Act or the making of any Order in Council thereunder.
